Relationships Tab of the Activity Details Pane
Use this tab to change the relationship type of any activity or add/remove a relationship.
Predecessors / Successors
Predecessor activities display on the left and successor activities display on the right. The field descriptions apply to predecessor and successor fields.
| Field | Description |

| Activity | This field displays the predecessor / successor activity ID. |
| Description | This field displays the activity description. |
| Activity Type | This field indicates the activity type, for example, Normal or Milestone. |
| Type | This field displays the activity relationship type |
| Lag | This field displays the number of days or hours of lag. You set the display unit using the Activity Group command. |
| External | If this field is selected, it indicates that the predecessor/successor is an external activity. This is a read-only field. |
| Driving | If this field is selected, it indicates that the activity that is driving the longest path in the schedule is an external activity. This is a read-only field. |
| Add | Click to add a predecessor/successor activity. |
| Remove | Click to remove a predecessor/successor activity. |
| Go To | Click to highlight the selected predecessor/successor in the Activity grid. |
