Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Risk Models Group on the S3 // Risk Tab

Use the commands in this group to create a cost estimate in order to perform a cost risk analysis. You can then generate charts against cost models.

Create Cost Estimate

Click this icon to create a new cost estimate in Acumen or use the drop-down menu options to create or import cost estimates.

Create Cost Estimate

Click this option to create a new cost estimate.

Generate From Schedule
  • Generate With Overlay: Select this option to overlay every activity in the cost model to every activity in the schedule.
  • Generate Without Overlay: Select this option if you do not want any cost and schedule overlay.
Both of the above options include these additional selections:
  • With a copy of Risk Register: Acumen copies the risk register and links it to the new cost model, and maintains all risk mappings on the cost items.
  • Without a copy of Risk Register: Acumen creates the cost model and no copy of the risk register is made.
Import cost estimate using Excel Click this option to import an existing cost estimate from MS Excel.
