Install Ajera Time & Expense
This procedure helps you install Ajera Time & Expense.
To install the application:
- On Apple App Store or Google Play search for the application (Ajera Time & Expense).
- Download and install the application by tapping the appropriate buttons.
- Tap the installed application and follow the screen prompts to accept the terms of agreement and usage tracking.
iOS Lockdown Mode
The iOS Lockdown Mode is an optional security feature that provides an extreme layer of protection on iOS mobile devices, designed to block highly sophisticated cyberattacks. It is disabled by default and intended only for high-risk use cases.
Ajera Time & Expense does not function when Lockdown Mode is enabled on iOS devices. If you launch the application while Lockdown Mode is turned on, you will see a warning and the application will not behave normally. To continue using the application, you need to exclude it from the Lockdown Mode setting.
Exclude Ajera Time & Expense from Lockdown Mode
Follow these steps to exempt the application while keeping Lockdown Mode active for everything else:
To exclude Ajera Time & Expense from Lockdown Mode:
- On your device, open Settings.
- On Settings, tap Privacy & Security, then tap Lockdown Mode.
- On Privacy & Security, tap Configure Web Browsing.
- On Configure Web Browsing, under the Apps section, locate Ajera Time & Expense and toggle it off to exclude it.
Note: The Lockdown Mode feature restricts various networking, web, and messaging features that some secure applications rely on. Excluding Ajera Time & Expense ensures the application loads and functions correctly without compromising your device-wide security on other applications or web sites. Deltek strongly recommends only excluding the applications you trust.
