client information, including addresses, phone numbers, contact names, related activities, and details about future opportunities.
Connect for Microsoft Outlook is an optional
Ajera CRM module that makes it possible for you to manage
Ajera CRM
clients, contacts,
vendors, and opportunities, all from Microsoft Outlook. Connect for Microsoft Outlook does not replace the
Client, Contact,
Vendor, or Opportunity Info Centers. You use it in addition to the Info Centers, to access and manage
Ajera CRM Info Center records from either application.
