Set Up Auto Numbering

Ajera CRM includes an auto numbering feature that automatically generates an identification number for new records created in User-Defined Components and in many Info Centers. You can define the structure of these identification numbers to match your business requirements.

To set up auto numbering, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > System Settings.
  2. On the General System Settings form, click the Numbering tab.
  3. Complete or modify the fields on this tab.
  4. Click Save.

    Ajera CRM saves and generates the number and reloads the record to display the auto number.
