User Options Overview

You can establish settings in User Options that apply only to you, such as your startup settings or printer preferences.

In User Options you can do the following:

  • Set startup and viewing options.
  • Change your Ajera CRM and Customer Care passwords.
  • Set lookup, search, and retrieval options.
  • Enable and disable activity reminders.
  • Set reporting and printer preferences.

Display Settings

You can modify the Ajera CRM user interface according to your preferences. You can customize the display of forms, menus, grids, and navigation. When you modify and save preferences in Display Settings, Ajera CRM stores these settings in your Windows user profile. These settings are specific to you and are loaded when you log in.
