Eliminate Problem Web Sites

Web sites that take over the Ajera CRM browser can throw you out of Ajera CRM. If you place one of these Web dashparts on your Dashboard, you can get kicked out of Ajera CRM every time that you try to log in.

The solution to this problem is to relaunch Ajera CRM without loading the startup application and then eliminate the problem dashpart.

To eliminate a problem web site, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Ajera CRM splash screen that displays when you launch Ajera CRM, click Do not load Startup Application.
  2. Log on to Ajera CRM.
  3. Hold down the SHIFT and CTRL keys while you click the Dashboard link.

    All of your Web dashparts display but Ajera CRM does not load their content.

  4. Delete (or hide) the Web dashpart that caused the problem.
