Set Up Server Options

Use the Servers tab of General System Settings to configure process queues and application servers.

To set up server options, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > System Settings.
  2. On the General System Settings form, click the Servers tab.
  3. Select one of the following actions:
    Option Description
    To add a new process queue or application server Click Insert in the appropriate grid. Ajera CRM adds a blank row, in which you can enter the name of the queue or server.
    To delete an existing queue Select the queue and click Delete.
    To pause or continue a process queue Select the queue and click Pause or Continue. Ajera CRM updates the status in the Status field.
  4. Complete or modify the fields on this tab.
  5. Click Save.
