Convert Employee Keys

Use the Employee Key Conversion utility to change an employee number or to close out (consolidate) employee number data into a single employee number.

When you consolidate data between two existing employee numbers, Ajera CRM deletes duplicate employee contact association records.

Prerequisite: Back up your Ajera CRM database.

To change employee numbers:

1. From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Employees.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Employees form.
3. Select one of the following actions:

   Option	Description
   To save the conversion to run later	Click Save.
   To run the conversion now	Click Run.
   To schedule the conversion to run on a regular basis via the process server	Click Schedule and complete the Schedule dialog box.
