Back Up the Ajera CRM Database

Use the Backup Database utility to make a full backup of the Ajera CRM database.

Prerequisite: Your SQL Server administrator must create a backup device before you use this utility.

To back up the database:

  1. From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Utilities > Backup Database.
  2. On the Backup Database dialog box, select a backup device from the drop-down list.
  3. To initialize the device before the backup is made, select the Initialize Backup Device option. Ajera CRM empties the backup device so that the only backup on the device will be the one you are creating. You can have more than one backup device on the database server.
  4. Click Backup.
