Convert Employee Number Formats

Use the Key Convert Employee Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, or delimiter position for your employee numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your Ajera CRM database.

To reformat employee numbers:

1. From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Employees.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Employee Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run.
