User Activity Form

Use the User Activity form to see information about Ajera CRM users who are currently logged on. You can also review server data, send email messages to all active users, and enable or disable all logins.

Display the User Activity Form

You display the form in Utilities.

To display the form:

From the Ajera CRMNavigation menu, click Utilities > User Activity.

Contents of the User Activity Form

On the form, you can review user names and user activity, including logins and processes.

Grid

Field Description
User Activity Grid Drop-down Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
  • To print grid data, click Print. When the Print Preview form displays, click File > Print to send the grid data to your default printer.
  • To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
  • To turn on grouping for a grid, click Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into this field, in the sequence that you want them to display.

Not all options are available on all grids.

Delete To remove entries that display in the grid, select the entry and click Delete.
Name This field displays the user's employee name.
User This field displays the employee's username. Usernames are used to identify a user or group of users throughout the Ajera CRM database.

Usernames may contain mixed case characters or spaces as well as a period. The username is the name that is stored in the Ajera CRM User Table and that the Ajera CRM role to which it is linked.

Application This field displays the application name, such as UserActivity. This field is not visible if the Log User Activity option is selected on the Audit tab on Configuration > General > System Settings.
Last Activity This field displays the date and time of the user's last activity. This field is not visible if the Log User Activity option is selected on the Audit tab on Configuration > General > System Settings.
Log In This field displays the time that the user logged on. This field is only visible if the Log User Activity option is selected on the Audit tab on Configuration > General > System Settings.
Log Out This field displays the time that the user logged out. This field is only visible if the Log User Activity option is selected on the Audit tab on Configuration > General > System Settings.
Process Server This field is selected if the user activity is a scheduled task that runs on the process server. However, once the task that ran on the process server is complete, the log is automatically purged.

User Activity Fields

Field Description
Login Time This field displays the login time of the user selected in the User Activity grid.
Last Activity This field displays the last activity of the user selected in the User Activity grid. This field is not visible if the Log User Activity option is selected on the Audit tab on the General System Setting on Configuration.
Log Out This field displays the time that the user logged out. This field is only visible if the Log User Activity option is selected on the Audit tab on the General System Setting on Configuration.
Description This field displays the description of the last activity of the user selected in the User Activity grid.
Application Server This field displays the name of the application server.
Queue Name This field displays the queue name from which the process was submitted.
Process ID This field displays the process ID.
Thread ID This field displays the thread ID.
