Select a Phone Number Format
To create consistency within records and reports, your system administrator can establish a default format for phone numbers in General Company Settings. You can override the default format and select a new format for the phone number on the current record.
To specify a new phone number format for a record, complete the following steps:

		  Click 
			  Phone next to the 
			 Phone or 
			 Fax field. Phone next to the 
			 Phone or 
			 Fax field.
- On the Phone Format Selection dialog box, select the Country associated with the phone number.

		  Select a 
			 Description for the phone number. 
		   
		    
			 Ajera CRM displays the Format associated with the selected description.

		  Enter the 
			 Number. 
		   
		    
			 Ajera CRM any necessary characters or spaces based on the designated format. You cannot overwrite these characters unless you select a new phone number format. 
- Click OK.
