Disable a Single User from Using Ajera CRM

System administrators can disable a Ajera CRM user so that he or she cannot use Ajera CRM. You cannot disable your own username.

To disable a single user, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Configuration > Security > Users.
  2. On the toolbar of the Users form, click List View to open the List view version of the General tab.
  3. Select the user that you want to disable.
  4. Select Disable Login.
  5. Click Save.
