			 | 2a. Commerce Business Daily Announcement Date | Enter the date of the Federal Business Opportunities issue that includes the Request for Proposal. | 
 
		   
			 | 2b. Agency Identification Number | This number is in the Federal Business Opportunities Request for Proposal. | 
 
		   
			 | 3. Firm (or Joint-Venture) Name & Address | Enter the information manually, or click 
				Select Company and select a firm from the Firm Lookup. | 
 
		   
			 | 3a. Name, Title & Telephone Number of Principal to Contact | Enter the information manually, or click 
				Select Principal(s) and select an employee from the Employee Lookup. | 
 
		   
			 | 3b. Address of office to perform work | Enter the information manually, or click 
				Select Company and select a firm and office location from the Firm Lookup. | 
 
		   
			 | 4. Personnel by Discipline | This section shows the number of employees for this 
				  project, counted by their primary discipline. An employee's discipline is the skill that is marked 
				  Primary in the 
				  Skills grid on the Experience tab of the Employee Info Center record. 
				 For each discipline, the number of consultants for this 
				  project is in Column A and the number of firm employees on this 
				  project is in Column B. 
				 You must enter the numbers for Column A manually. You can enter the numbers for Column B manually or use the 
				   menu:  
				   
					 To use employees from selected offices, click 
						Select Offices for Discipline Count. 
						Ajera CRM shows a list of the proposal firms in your organization. Select the firms that should be included, then click 
						 Recalculate Disciplines. 
					 To use selected employees, click 
						Select Employees for Discipline Count. 
						Ajera CRM displays the Employee Lookup. Select the employees that should be included. 
					  Ajera CRM counts the employees who have a 
				  Termination Date on the Personal tab of their Employee Info Center record, if their 
				  Status on the General tab is Active.
