Opportunity Reports Overview

Use the opportunity reports to review information about the opportunities in the Opportunity Info Center. For example, you can check how long each opportunity has been open or check the name of the contact for an opportunity.

  • Opportunity Audit
    The Opportunity Audit report displays the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Opportunity Info Center. If an opportunity record is deleted, the name of the opportunity is blank wherever that opportunity is displayed on the report.

    The Opportunity List provides a listing of your opportunities from the Opportunity Info Center.
  • Opportunity Fee Estimate
    Use the Opportunity Fee Estimate report to review details about the standardized service profiles and cost structures that were applied when calculating the fee estimate for the opportunity.
  • Opportunity Service Estimate
    The Opportunity Service Estimate report provides a quick estimate of services and materials for your opportunities.
  • Opportunity Summary
    The Opportunity Summary report shows all information entered in the Opportunity Info Center, including user-defined fields. The information is grouped into default sections, but you can also create user-defined sections.
