Activity Audit Columns

The Activity Audit report contains a standard set of columns.

Columns

Column	Description
Subject	This column displays a brief description of the activity such as Initial Consultation, Planning Meeting, or Follow-up Visit.
Operation	This column displays the type of change that the user made.
Modification Date	This column displays the date on which the change was made.
Modification User	This column displays the name of the Ajera CRM user who made the change.
Source	This column displays the source component used to make the modification. The code DTK is used to represent a change made in Ajera CRM.
Application	This column displays the name of the Ajera CRM application where the modification was made.
