Activity Audit Detail Columns

The Activity Audit Detail report contains a standard set of columns.

Columns

Column	Description
Column Name	This column displays the name of the field that was changed.
Old Value	This column displays the content or value of the field before it was changed.
New Value	This column displays the content or value of the field after it was changed.
Operation	This column displays the type of change made on the field.
Source	This column displays the source component used to make the modification. The code DTK indicates that the change was made in Ajera CRM.
Application	This column displays the name of the Ajera CRM application where the modification was made.
Subject	This column displays a brief description of the activity such as Initial Consultation, Planning Meeting, or Follow-up Visit.
Table	This column displays the affected table of the change.
Mod Date	This column displays the date on which the change was made.
Mod User	This column displays the name of the Ajera CRM user who made the change.
