Contents of the Key Convert Projects Form

Select the projects to combine or change.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Projects	Select this option if you want to combine existing projects. Ajera CRM allows you to enter an existing project number in the New Project field. When you combine records that contain one or more attached documents, all documents from both records are attached to the new record.
Project	Select the project numbers that you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Project lookup to select one project number. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Project lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all project numbers.
Name	This field displays the name of the project. Click this field to go to the Project Info Center, where you can modify project data.
New Project	Enter an existing project number if the Combine Existing Projects option is selected. Enter a new project number if the Combine Existing Projects option is cleared.
