in the upper right corner of the list to cycle between the versions of the list.Use the Opportunity list to filter the contents of Current Pipeline Analytics by opportunity. When you display the analytics initially, they display pipeline data for all active opportunities that are included in current pipeline.
As you apply other filter options, Capture Analytics updates the Opportunity list so that opportunities excluded from the analytics by the filters have a gray background and opportunities that are included by the filters have a white background. In addition, all of the included opportunities move to the top of the Opportunity list to make it easier for you to review them and select those that you want to focus on.
You can display the list of opportunities by a combination of opportunity number and name or by opportunity name alone. Click in the upper right corner of the list to cycle between the versions of the list.
To focus on one opportunity or a selected group of opportunities, select those opportunities in the Opportunity list. When you do, the analytics display pipeline information only for the selected opportunities.
If you select one or more opportunities and then go to another Capture Analytics tab for which the opportunity filter option is available, Capture Analytics automatically filters those analytics for the same opportunities.
If necessary, click
in the upper right corner of the Opportunity
list to display the list you want: opportunities by number,
opportunities by name, or opportunities by a combination of number
and name.
Do either of the following:
Scroll the list until the opportunities that you want to select are displayed.
Click 
in the title bar of the Opportunity
list and enter some portion of the opportunity name in the search
field. As you type, the list displays the opportunities that contain
matching strings of characters. (You can also right-click anywhere
in the list, and click Search
on the shortcut menu to display the search field.) More

Scroll the list to locate the opportunity,

Click the opportunity.

Scroll the list to locate the opportunity,

If a group of opportunities you want to select are listed together, click the first opportunity, hold down the left mouse button, and drag the mouse pointer over the other opportunities.
If the opportunities you want are not listed together, press the CTRL key as you click each of them.
If necessary, click
in the upper right corner of the Opportunity
list to display the list by opportunity number, opportunity
name, or a combination of the two.
Scroll the list to locate the opportunity,
or click to search for
it.
Press the CTRL key as you click the selected opportunity.
Repeat steps 1 – 3 for each selection you want to clear.
Right-click anywhere in the Opportunity list.
Click Clear on the shortcut menu.
