Assign Ancillary Files to a Project
Use the Files tab of the Project Properties dialog box to assign ancillary files to a project.
The default ancillary files displayed in the Files tab are the same files that you specified when you created the project using the New Project Wizard.
To assign ancillary files to a project:
Display the Project Properties dialog box and click the Files tab.
In the Calendar, Rate, and Resource fields, select the ancillary files that you want to use in the project. Click
to display the File Lookup dialog box for each of these fields, where you can select the calendar, rate file, and resource file to use in the project.Click Apply to save the changes.
