Create a New Cost Set
Use the Cost Sets tab of the Project Properties dialog box to add and delete custom cost sets and to update the description or the included classes for a standard cost set.
To create a new cost set:
Display Project Properties dialog box and select the Cost Sets tab.
On the Cost Sets tab, click New to insert a new row in the left grid.
Enter the name and description for the new cost set.
Click OK.
