Enable the Narrative Score Feature
You must have valid artificial intelligence login credentials entered into EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator to enable and utilize the Narrative Score feature.
If you encounter issues in your AI connection setup, contact your System Administrator.
To enable the Narrative Score feature:
Log into EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator and do one of the following:
- In EPM Security Administrator, navigate to System > AI Account Settings
- In PPM Administrator, click System under Security and click the AI tab.
Select your AI service provider and populate the appropriate fields.
Attention: For more information on the fields in this procedure, see the EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator Help System.Once the connection is successful, click the Save button to ensure that the information is saved.
