Enable a Group to Access a Rate File
You can enable groups to access a rate file using the Access Control page of the New Rate File Wizard or the Access Control tab of the Rate File Properties dialog box.
To enable a group to access the rate file:
On the Access Control page or tab, click New.
Cobra adds a new row in the grid.
In the Group field, click
.In the Groups Lookup dialog box, select a group, and click Select to add that group in the grid.
You can also double-click a group ID to add that group to the grid.
In the Role field, click
.In the Roles Lookup dialog box, select a role and click Select to assign that role to the group you selected.
You can also double-click a role to add that role in the grid.
Select the Read Only option if you want to provide the group with read-only access to the rate file.
Note: You can assign a user or a group to a rate file in a row within the grid, but you cannot assign both.
