Recover Your Password or User ID
Use this procedure to recover your password or user ID.
To recover your password or user ID:
In the Cobra Login dialog box, click Forgot your password or user ID?.
In the Forgot Password dialog box, do one of the following:
- To recover your password, select the I forgot my password option and enter your user ID.
- To recover your user ID, select the I forgot my user ID option and enter your email.
- Click the Send button to receive either a temporary password or your user ID at the email address associated with your user ID, depending on the selected option.
