Set Resource Values to Zero
Use the Zero-Out Data Wizard to set the time-phased resource values of a selected budget, forecast, progress, or actual class to zero based on the selected criteria.
To set resource values to zero:
In the Tools group on the Tools tab, click Zero-Out Data.
Use the pages of the Zero-Out Data Wizard to set the time-phased resource values of a selected budget, forecast, progress, or actual class to zero.
