Sales Order Timesheet Information

What can I do in this subtask?

Use this subtask to correct timesheet information associated with sales orders.

Before you can add or edit data in this subtask, you must select an "S" line type.  If you do not select a sales order line type, you will not be able to add records or modify existing data in this subtask.

After you enter record information in this subtask, click the OK button to save your data.  To import this information onto a timesheet line, you must select the timesheet line then click the Default SO Data pushbutton.

When should I use this subtask?

Use this subtask to enter sales order timesheet line detail.

Field Descriptions

Sales Order *

Enter, or use Lookup to select, up to 10 alphanumeric characters to identify a sales order ID to which this timesheet is charged.

Release

This non-editable field displays the release number that is associated with the sales order.

Line *

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the sales order line number to which this timesheet is charged.

Item

This non-editable field displays the name or description of the item on the sales order line number to which this timesheet is being charged.

Revision

This non-editable field displays the item revision number that is on the sales order line to which this timesheet is being charged.

Line Description

This non-editable field displays the description of the line item.

Project

This non-editable field displays the project to which this sales order has been assigned.

Status

This non-editable field displays the status of the sales order to which you are charging this timesheet.

OK

Select this pushbutton to save the data and return to the Enter Correcting Timesheets screen.

* A red asterisk denotes a required field.

Table Information

Changes to this screen update the TS_LN_SO (Timesheet Line Sales Orders) table.
