Detail Form: Polling Incremental
The Polling form displays the tables in your external systems from which data can be downloaded when you run your interface services. The interface services will download the applicable data based on the order of the active records (top to bottom) and whether the records are enabled or disabled.

Interface Name
Displays the Interface Name (ORACLE_EBS) to which this record applies. Interface names are configured on the Interface form.
Transaction Name
The Transaction Name identifies the type of data to which the polling record applies.
Record Status
Active = This record is enabled and applicable data will be downloaded.
Inactive = This record is disabled. Data will not be downloaded.
Click the Active or Inactive button at the top of the form to change a selected record's status.
Table Name
Identifies the table that the data resides in.
Column Name
Identifies the table column that this record resides in.
Process Value
Identifies the relative path to the database location.
Update Date, Updated By
These fields display when the record was created or updated, and the person who created or updated the record.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Interfaces > Database Polling > Polling.
If necessary, click the
Filter button to display the
filter fields.
Use the Interface Name and Transaction Name filters to find specific polling records.
Click Find.
The results will appear in the grid in the center of the form.
When a record on the Polling form is Active, the applicable process will download transactions from the indicated Table Name if the date in the indicated Column Name is the same as or earlier than the current date.
All records on the Polling form are Active by default. If a record is Inactive, select it and click the Active button on the tool bar. The Record Status will change to Active.
To make a record Inactive, select it and click the Inactive button on the tool bar. The Record Status will change to Inactive. Records will not be downloaded when the applicable process runs.
