Use the fields and options to view transaction details and tax code override information.
Fields
| Field | Description |
| Project
|
These fields display the project number and name for the project that is associated with the transaction.
|
| Phase
|
These fields display the phase number and name if a phase is associated with the transaction.
|
| Task
|
These fields display the task number and name if a task is associated with the transaction.
|
| Account
|
These fields display the expense account number and description for the general ledger account that is associated with the transaction.
|
| Type
|
This field displays the code that represents the type of transaction (for example, JE for journal entry).
|
| Ref. No.
|
This field displays the reference number that is entered or assigned to the transaction in the
Reference field during transaction entry or entered on an Expense Billing insert.

| Date
|
This field displays the transaction date.
|
| Description
|
This field displays the text that was entered during transaction entry or entered on a Billing Expense insert.
|
| Amount
|
This field displays the total cost amount of the current transaction.

Transferred From Section
| Field | Description |
| Project
|
If the transaction was transferred from another project, this field displays the project number of the transfer source.
|
| Phase
|
If the transaction was transferred from another project/phase, this field displays the phase number of the transfer source.
|
| Task
|
If the transaction was transferred from another project/phase/task, this field displays the task number of the transfer source.

| Account
|
If the transaction was transferred from another account, this field displays the account number of the transfer source.

Fields
| Field | Description |
| Tax Code Override 1
|
This displays the tax code that you entered in the
Tax Code Override 1 field on the Billing Expense Modify dialog box or on the Billing Expense Insert dialog box for the expense transaction.

| Tax Code Override 2
|
This displays the tax code that you entered in the
Tax Code Override 2 field on the Billing Expense Modify dialog box or on the Billing Expense Insert dialog box for the expense transaction.
