Use the fields and options to view billing unit information.

| Project
|
This field displays the project associated with the transaction.
|
| Phase
|
This field displays the phase, if any, associated with the transaction.
|
| Task
|
This field displays the task, if any, associated with the transaction.
|
| Unit
|
This field displays the unit number associated with the transaction.
|
| Table
|
This field displays the unit table associated with the transaction.
|
| Date
|
This field displays the transaction date.
|
| Description
|
This field displays the description entered during transaction entry, or on a Billing Unit insert.
Beneath the description Vision displays a summary of the math used to arrive at the extension. For example 17.0 Miles @ 0.31 indicates 17 is the quantity of units, in this case, miles, and each unit is costed at 31 cents.

| Quantity
|
This field displays the number of units associated with the transaction.
|
| Rate
|
This field displays the billing rate used to determine the billing extension amount, as specified in the associated unit table.
|
| Extension
|
This field displays the billing extension amount of the unit transaction, determined by multiplying the billing
Rate times the
Quantity.
|
| Employee
|
This field displays an employee only if a unit was set up with the
Employee-specific Revenue check box selected on the Units form in the Units Info Center.
This field displays only if you enabled the Employee Realization Reporting feature.

| Project
|
If the transaction was transferred from another project, this field displays the project number of the transfer source.
|
| Phase
|
If the transaction was transferred from another project/phase, this field displays the phase number of the transfer source.
|
| Task
|
If the transaction was transferred from another project/phase/task, this field displays the task number of the transfer source.
|
| Account
|
If the transaction was transferred from another account, this field displays the account number of the transfer source.
