Use this dialog box to view employee absence requests on a calendar.

Field Description
Company Use this drop-down selection field to select the current company. This field displays only if your firm uses multiple companies.
Absence Type Use this field to filter the absence type to view. Possible types are:
  • All
  • Sick
  • Vacation
Status Use this field to filter the approval status to view. Possible statuses are:
  • Approved
  • Cancelled
  • Completed
  • In Approval
  • In Progress
  • In Review
  • Reassigned
  • Rejected
  • Resumed
  • Review Changes
  • Start
  • Suspended
  • Waiting
Month Year Displays the month to view. Use the left and right arrows to view different months.
Employee Name This column displays the names of employees who have absence requests in the selected month. You can click a name to view an info bubble that shows the current sick leave and vacation hours for the employee.
Calendar The absence requests are highlighted on the calendar days. The key beneath the calendar indicates the color coding values.
Close Click this button to close the dialog box.
