Allow Calendar Sharing

If you enable the sharing feature, users can share activity calendar data with each other and specify which access rights other users have.

To allow Activity Calendar sharing:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Settings > General > General System.
2. On the General System Settings form, click the Miscellaneous tab.
3. In the Activity Settings group box, select the Allow users to share their calendar option. If you allow users to share Activity Calendars, three additional options display in the View menu:
   • Share Calendar
   • Open Calendar
   • My Calendar
4. Click Save.
