Change Your Password

Passwords help ensure system security. You can change your password to ensure system security when needed.

To change your password:

1. On the toolbar, click and select My Preferences.
2. On the Startup tab of the My Preferences dialog box, click Change Password.
3. In Old Password on the Change Password dialog box, enter your current password.
4. In New Password, enter your new password. If your system administrator established password policies, your new password is accepted only if it meets those requirements.
5. In Confirm Password, enter your new password again.
6. Click OK. The next time that you log in, you must use the new password.
