Produce Journal Entries from Consultant Accruals

You update percent completes, modify accruals, and produce journal entries from consultant accruals.

To produce accrual journal entries from consultant accruals:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Accounting > Consultant Accruals.
  2. Optional. On the toolbar of the Consultant Accruals form, click Update % and use the Update Percent Completes dialog box to update percent complete data.
  3. Review and, if necessary, modify data on the Consultant Accruals form.
  4. On the toolbar of the Consultant Accruals form, click Run. When the process completes, the Consultant Accruals form displays the number of projects generated and the number of accrual entries generated.
After you process the journal entries, you can post them.
