Display the Inactive Contact Dialog Box

You display the Inactive Contact dialog box in the Contacts hub.

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and select Contacts.
  2. On the Associations tab, select a Project or Opportunity record. If the contact's Status is Inactive or Dormant, the Inactive Contact dialog box displays.
