Equipment Reporting Dialog Box

Use the Equipment Reporting dialog box to print an asset or equipment report.

These are the same reports that are available in Reporting > Equipment. When you run the reports from the Equipment hub, the asset item, equipment item, or group of items, that you have open or selected on the Equipment form is automatically selected for the reports, and prefills in the Selection column of the Equipment Reporting dialog box.

    Use the Archived Reports tab to preview, print, or download archived reports. You can also distribute archived reports by email. The option to archive reports is only available if you are using the Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition of Microsoft SQL Server. If you use a different version of SQL Server, the Reporting form does not have a Create Report Archive option or an Archived Reports tab.
  • Running Tab of Reporting
    Use the Running tab to review currently running reporting jobs. You can also use it to stop a job (because it is taking too long, for example).
