Use the General Ledger Budget form to add, modify, delete, or consolidate budgets.

Use the Summarized tab to consolidate multiple budgets. If the same account is specified in more than one budget, the amounts are combined on a single line. If you use multiple currencies, you can consolidate budgets that share the same functional currency. - Progress Tab of the General Ledger Budgeting Form
Use the Progress tab to view the approvals and history of approval assignments associated with a general ledger budget.
