Display the Add Assignments to Selected Resources Dialog Box

You display the dialog box from Resource View.

To display the dialog box:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Resource Management section and click Resource View.
  2. If necessary, use a search to display, in the grid, the resources to which you want to assign work on a project.
  3. Select the check box next to each of the resources you want to include in the group.
  4. Click + Add Assignments on the Resource View toolbar.
