Display the Qualify Contact Dialog Box

You display the Qualify Contact dialog box in the Contacts hub.

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and select Contacts.
  2. Locate the Qualified Status field on the Summary pane. As you work with a contact and your relationship evolves, you can change the contact's status to match the process status.
  3. Select Qualified as the Status. Or, on the Actions bar click Other Actions > Qualify Contact. The Qualify Contact dialog box displays.
