Contents of the Firm Hierarchy Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to enter firm hierarchy information.

This dialog box is dynamic based on the firm name and options that are selected.

Create a New Firm Hierarchy

Click this option to create a new hierarchy for the currently selected firm. When you click Create a New Firm Hierarchy, the Firm Hierarchy dialog box changes to display the firm name and a toolbar that allows you to add firm records, and indent or outdent to create the desired hierarchical levels. The options that are available on the dynamic toolbar change based on the actions you can perform.

Field	Description
Firm Name	This field displays the name of the selected firm.
+ Add Firm	Click + to add a row to the firm hierarchy. The Add Firm field includes a drop-down list where you can specify a firm for the next level of the hierarchy. Select a firm and use the indent and outdent buttons to select the appropriate level. Continue this process for each level of the hierarchy until all firms are added to the dialog box.
