Delete a Firm Address

You can delete an address that is associated with a firm.

To delete a firm address:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and select Firms.
  2. Open the firm record for which you want to add an address.
  3. In the Addresses grid on the Overview tab, select the address you want to delete.
  4. Mouse over the right end of the grid row so the Grid Options icon displays. Select Delete. DPS prompts you to confirm the deletion before removing the record from the grid. The address is removed from the firm record. If it is a primary address, then the next address in the list automatically becomes designated as the primary.

    If you are using DPS Accounting and DPS CRM and the Accounting Only checkbox is selected, you cannot delete a firm address unless you have an accounting security role.
