Delete a Kona Conversation

If you started a conversation on the Collaboration tab in the Opportunities or Projects hub, you can delete the conversation from the Conversations grid.

The CRM application is required for integration with Kona Business.

To delete a Kona conversation:

1. Open a record in the Opportunities or Projects hub.
2. Click the Collaboration tab.
3. From the grid, select the conversation that you want to delete.
4. Click the grid row tools and select Delete. The conversation is deleted from the Collaboration tab and the Kona space. Note that if you delete the actual opportunity or project record, the conversations are also deleted but not the associated Kona space.
