Mark a Kona Conversation as Favorite

Kona conversations that are favorites can be marked within the conversation window. Favorite conversations remain at the top of the Conversations grid for quick access.

You must enable Kona Business integration to conduct a Kona conversation.

To mark a conversation as favorite:

1. Click on any conversation to open the popup window.
2. Select the star icon next to the conversation. The star changes to yellow and will remain in view to indicate it is a favorite. Once you have multiple favorite conversations, you can use the Favorite filter option to view only your favorite conversations.
