Open an Existing Kona Conversation

Use the Collaboration tab to open an existing Kona conversation for the current project or opportunity record and collaborate with team members.

You must enable Kona Business integration to conduct a Kona conversation.

To open an existing Kona conversation:

1. Open a record in the Opportunities or Projects hub.
2. Click the Collaboration tab.
3. Existing conversations that are related to the current project or opportunity are listed on the grid. When no conversations exist for the opportunity or project, a Start a Conversation button displays. Click Start a Conversation to open the Kona chatroom window.
