View Notifications for Unread Kona Conversations

A collaboration notification displays to alert you when there are unread Kona conversations.

You must enable Kona Business integration to view Kona notifications.

To view notifications for unread Kona conversations:

1. Click in the menu bar. The number on the button is dynamic and indicates the number of unread Kona conversations that are available. These are only conversations in which you are a participant. The notification count is refreshed every 5 minutes.
2. Select the indicator to view a list of unread conversations. The Object Name, Conversation Name, and timestamp for commenting activity displays for each unread conversation.
3. Click the conversation name hyperlink to open the conversation.
