Display the Export Planning Data Dialog Box

You can display the Export Planning Data dialog box from the Imports and Exports section of Utilities.

You must have access to Resource Planning, as well as view access to the project plan data that you wish to export. Additionally, FILESTREAM (a Microsoft SQL Server feature) must also be enabled.

To display the Export Planning Data dialog box:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Imports & Exports > Exports.
2. Under the Export Data to CSV heading on the Exports Form, click the Planning Data link to display the Export Planning Data dialog box. Note that if you click the Planning Data link when FILESTREAM is not enabled, DPS prompts you with the following message: "Filestream is not enabled on this database. Please enable Filestream to proceed with export."
