Employee Citizenship Import Notes

You can import employee citizenship data into the DPS database.

Import Availability

This import is available if your enterprise has activated at least one of the following:
  • Resource Planning
  • CRM

Required Fields

To import citizenship information for employees, you must include a valid employee number in each citizenship record in the import file and map that import field to the DPS Employee Number field.

Record Validation

To determine if an employee citizenship record in the import file already exists in DPS, the import process checks for an existing citizenship record with the same employee number, citizenship code, and country code.

If it finds no match, the import process creates a new citizenship record for the employee. If it finds a match and you selected the Update duplicate records option, it updates the existing record based on the data in the import file record.

Do not map import data to this field. It only applies if you use the API to transfer data to DPS.
