Key Convert Organization Subcodes Form

Use the Key Convert Organization Subcodes form to change individual portions of the organization codes throughout DPS.

If your company uses multiple companies:

• You cannot change the first level of the organization.
• The key conversion process applies to all companies that are associated with the employee.

If the Resource Planning module is activated but the Accounting module is not, and you have a variable organization structure, you cannot use this utility to change organization codes.
