Convert Unit Number Formats

Use the Key Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, or delimiter position for your unit numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your DPS database.

To reformat unit numbers:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Units.
2. Complete the fields on the Unit Number Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run.
