Convert Vendor Number Formats

Use the Vendor Key Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, and/or delimiter position for your vendor record numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your DPS database.

To reformat vendor numbers:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Vendors.
2. Complete the fields on the Vendor Number Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run.
